Return Policy

Alpine Sports will gladly accept returns on items with original tags attached, in resellable condition, with proof of purchase. Returns must be within 20 days of original purchase. It is highly recommended that returns are not delayed so that we can provide you with the product you want. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Alpine Sports will charge for ground shipping fees on outbound exchanges. Defects or warranty issues on our products will be returned to the manufacturer and either credited to you or replaced. See below for return authorizations. Shop carefully-there are no Returns on Sale items! All returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned to our store after 20 days of purchase. We also would kindly ask the you do not pay with American Express if there is a possibility of returning the item for a refund due to the high service charges that we endure from American Express. Thank you for your understanding.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee everything we sell and will return it to the manufacturer for repair or exchange if there is a defect. We promise to replace any new item immediately either from us or the manufacturer if available. BACK ORDERS

Sometimes we will sell out of a product unexpectedly. If this occurs, we will email or call you to see if you want a refund or if you want us to ship you the product when it is no longer on back order.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

All returns must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Please EMAIL us.  Include your name, address, and product that you want to return. Please allow 24-48hrs for authorization number and shipping instructions to be processed.
